Wont attract any good players with him in charge...
Completely over his limit...he will never rise above mediocrity and lower half Prem level...
Need a manager that csn rsise the level of the squad...play good attractive creative football...and be able to motivate...encourage...put out positive teams...react to game situations...and want to WIN games...not be content with scraping points and defending slender leads every game...
And get a super fit squad...not half fit clapped out after 70 minutes carthorses...

All the decent managers are in work. We can't attract anyone of the right calibre mid season. I was hoping that both parties would be able to act professionally until the end of the season but it will be too damaging if Allardyce starts playing up. In which case pay him up and get someone in to act as caretaker. I'd even think about bring Trev in for the last couple of months.

The Board should grow a pair of balls and sack Allardyce NOW. It will be really positive move. Anyone from the club can take over til the end of the season if necessary. Then we can all go forward with a new manager who has the same ambitions as all of us.

Even if this season peters out and we finish very, very averagely; you just know for a fact that he'll get a two-year deal...
Why?!?! Because it's the safe option and, despite the stadium move on the horizon, we just haven't got the ambition or minerals to take a risk on somebody like Bilic - a young, passionate, animated, highly intelligent, hungry manager that's already succeeded at international level and has had success domestically as well with Besiktas...
You'll see... Two-year deal for Allardyce... For the BOLTON WANDERERS SYMPATHISERS on here; they'll be delighted at the news...
